The science

Food is
the formula.

We make food built around well-studied ingredients that work powerfully to ease menstrual discomfort.

Cacao relief brownies on linen

Inside every bite

Six ingredients. One purpose.

Natural anti-inflammatory

Ginger Root

At therapeutic doses, ginger matches the effectiveness of ibuprofen for menstrual cramps, without the side effects.

Curcumin · prostaglandin pathway

Turmeric + Black Pepper

Curcumin inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, the same pathway NSAIDs target, and supports hormonal balance.

Blood sugar + antispasmodic

Cinnamon

Regulates blood sugar spikes that worsen PMS, eases uterine muscle tension and supports healthy blood flow.

Magnesium + mood

Raw Cacao

Rich in magnesium that relaxes uterine muscles and polyphenols that lift serotonin for steadier mood.

Slow energy + zinc

Whole Oats

Stabilises blood sugar and supplies zinc, shown in research to reduce cramp intensity.

Transdermal magnesium

Epsom Salt (Magnesium sulphate)

Soaking in warm water relaxes smooth muscle tissue, stimulates blood flow and rapidly reduces cramp intensity.

The three-pillar ritual

Eat. Sip. Soak.

Each element works independently. Together, they work from three directions at once.

Eat
Eat

Cacao-rich brownies and oat snacks deliver oral magnesium and slow-release energy.

Sip
Sip

A cinnamon-ginger-turmeric-black pepper tea, covered and steeped 7–10 min, opens the anti-inflammatory pathway.

Soak
Soak

An evening Epsom salt soak relaxes smooth muscle tissue and quietens the nervous system.
